Well, I'm overall impressed with the outcome of it. the entries are HERE and enjoy what i've played and weill injoy the rest. I expect everyone was not pleased with the timing of the contest and may want a more special time to plot it but couldn't..

here's your time: 8 pm EST monday (which i hope to be back by, but might not be (and adjustments will be made)... or today. a third topic will be said, and must be strictly used and the other 2 topics have to be inorporated in somewhere.. assimilated, but not as much so. and This is due at 2 am EST on wednesday, which is more than enought time.

Produce another entry! make multiple entries! Make a joke entry! this extra segment's all in good fun. If someone in this segment makes a better entry than in the first segment, the top ranking and ranking from the first both get pies and stuff. you're thinking WHAT A CLIFFHANGER. No continuing an old entry. Okay, you're allowed to make a sequel with "we left off at" but nothing that resembles the first entry.

This might have advantage it since all the entries are out and you know what you're competing with. All you have to do is simply make an entry better than this one and hope yours ranks higher than all the other make-up contestants, but at the same time hope for even more adventures to be played. I never got a chance to make my entry, and you're probably all pissed.. It will hopefully be ready this time.

I LIKE ELK

It's been a while since the last 24hozzt, and I think a new one is in order. Well, I'm sure there were some that never had the chance. I know it may be a busy weekend with short notice and etcetera, but for some Thanksgiving weekend may go "hey, I've already had my feast, too stuffed for days to go anywhere".

This is why I feel a new contest is in order. Plus, I mean, there's a grand prize and all. Before i go into the BOOHOO stuff, lemme list the features of joining:

RULES?

* Contest will be between 5:00 PM Eastern Saturday 11/27 and 9:00 PM Eastern Sunday 11/28
* There will be relax period between 5:00 PM and 7:00 Saturday SO YOU CAN RELAX AND THINK IT OVER how you wanna do this obstacle and a more than generous grace period between 7:00 OM and 9:00 on Sunday.
* You will be given TWO different topics
* Any judge who hasn't submitted scores within 2 weeks(?) will be deemed to have agreed with the average of the other judges.
* You must send a ZZT file within the Allotted time
* ANY utils used will be allowable
* Must attempt to use the topic
* Backpackers (those who view and wield the ZZT Bookbag) may bet additional benefits.
* All entries are admittable and judgeable.
* You are allowed to seek help from me.
* You must include a text with the same name as the file with your name, the name of the game, and whatever other insight you wanna put in.
* Dedication, Determination, Dependability is encouraged, just like the news coverage you can count on
* Teams are TOTALLY encouraged. If you can organize it, it's all you and your dogs!
* I may have to work so you might get a nice grace period.

I may make a page for this adventure. Probably will. Because I care. These will root out for a while. The more feedback I get the better I can make this contest.

What will it contain?
Toolkits I'd use like Paranoid Machinations, that lame Jujubee toolkit that harasses you if you don't like that annoying bald guy from Smashing Pumpkins, Clecky's new totally useful toolkit, Josh's 3D Toolkit, Songs so as to not have to go through quiet games, Inspiration, love (love can help conquer stuff?), and support..
Also information about whatever the topic is, the dual-topic, the slime + bomb engine, pointers, definitions, additional stuff.

ANY UTILITIES SAYS HE? HE SAY YES. What does this include? ZZTAE, Kevedit, Zoomit, ZZTTools (Musicbox Included), Music Isle, Las Muzique 1-3 (whatever songs give you permission), Zbookbag, ZBitmap, BG_Ascii, ZZT Encyclopedia, IBag Font Mania, Whatever, your call, man.
I'd prefer some quality and sound in some sound (and in sound!) in these contests, and feel it isn't necessary if the author has to create everything from scratch.
The oldskool zzt editor is only optional to me. The other ones are easier to use all sorts of fun stuff.
Zoomit is totally welcome.
There's no problem in making a big quality or quality-free game with this rule.

Pie?
Yeah, inspired by Totoro's SUMO ranking online tournament where you pick 15 sumo wrestlers and two substitutes where whoever predicts the highest gets a free dinner with his family in Japan if you can get there, you get free pie in this 24hozzt if you can find me.
We'll sit and eat it.
Of course I may hand out additional prizes..
I want the expectations not to be too high on prizes, but the thought of prizes to be realistic, unlike some contests or attempts by Bluemagus or Mononucleosis.
This, if you find me, and I happen to be a bum on the streets who just begged or worked for some bucks, then by means, we'll get pie!
